Development of Coffee Facilities and Women Coffee Growers
In this office, a management plan for processing facilities and coffee roasting is developed. Multiple strategies are explored to generate income for women coffee growers in the area. The distribution, the marketing plan is also improved, including agrotourism initiatives or other conservation activities. Strategies are explored to connect with coffee farmers to extensions of service, education, or other activities within the production chain that facilitate the development of their projects in the long term. A platform and 'newsletter' on the project of the coffee growers is created, a tool that facilitates a direct connection network with the producers. Outside resources are found for economic and educational opportunities. A connection is created with international organizations of women in coffee.
